Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

  • Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable once placed. They secure your spot for choosing or reserving a puppy.
  • Puppy Purchase: Refunds are not provided for completed puppy purchases. Please contact us immediately if you have any concerns about your puppy’s health or well-being.

Returns

  • Health Guarantee: If a puppy develops a serious health issue within the first year, we will offer a replacement puppy or provide a refund, depending on the circumstances. Documentation from a licensed veterinarian is required for any health-related concerns.
  • Rehoming: We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to rehome your puppy, please contact us to discuss options. We do not offer refunds for rehomed puppies, but we will assist in finding a suitable solution


Process for Claims

  • Notification: Please report any concerns regarding health or other issues to us within 48 hours of discovering the problem.
  • Documentation: To support any claims, provide relevant documentation, including veterinary records.
  • Resolution: We will work with you to resolve any issues in accordance with our policy.
